Microsoft Excel

Create a chart quick and easy!

Step 1: On your Excel spreadsheet, select the data you want to show on the chart

Step 2: On your keyboard press the Function 11 (F11) key.

Done!

 

 

Microsoft Outlook

Create an appointment from an email:

Step 1: Drag an email from your Inbox to your

calendar

Step 2: Fill in the information and send! Easy!!!!!!


Microsoft Outlook

Create a meeting from an email:

Step 1: Drag an email from your Inbox to your

calendar

Step 2: At the top of your Outlook screen click

"Invite Attendees"..

fill in the information and send! Easy!!!!!!


Microsoft Word:

"to select a paragraph,
triple click the paragraph with your mouse."


Microsoft Excel:

Insert the date in your Excel worksheet:

CTRL+; 

(control key + semi-colon key)


 Microsoft Outlook:

To send an email in Microsoft Outlook?
Instead of clicking the "SEND" button
with your mouse,
 on your keyboard press

CTRL+enter

(control key + enter key)

 


Microsoft PowerPoint:

Insert a new slide in your
presentation: try this keystroke:

CTRL+SHIFT+M


Microsoft Access:

Insert the current date
into your Access table:

CTRL+;

(control key + semi-colon key)


Microsoft Word

Change your entire Word
document to double space or
1.5 spacing, or back to single spacing.

This is a 2-step process (below)

Step 1:
Select your entire document
by pressing this keyboard shortcut:

CTRL+a

Step 2:
On your keyboard press

 CTRL+2    (for double spacing in your document)

CTRL+5 (for 1.5  spacing in your document)

CTRL+1 (for single spacing in your document)


Microsoft Word:

To select one sentence in your document?

Step 1: on your keyboard, hold down the CTRL key

Step 2: with your mouse, click once in the sentence.


Microsoft Outlook:

Drag an email from your Inbox to
the calendar to create an appoint


(don't worry, the email will
not disappear from your email Inbox)


Microsoft Outlook:

Want to open a new mail message
to send to someone ?
