END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1.  Acceptance of License Terms

TimOwens.Com - and - 30SecondTraining.Com Library, the Licensee indicates that the Licensee has read all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and accepts them without modification.
 
2.  License
 
2.1  The Licensee is hereby licensed to use the Library for up to the term purchased.
2.2  In no event will the Licensee copy or cause to be copied any portion of the Library.
2.3  The Licensee will not sublicense, assign, or transfer use of the Library to any other party.
2.4  The License is not to be shared or used by any party other than the Licensee.
 
3.  Termination of License
This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee violates any term of this Agreement.
TimOwens.Com - and - 30SecondTraining.Com retains exclusive rights to determine a violation has occurred.
 
4.  Governing Law
This Agreement will be construed according to the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be heard in the appropriate federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
 
5.  Acknowledgment
The Licensee acknowledges that he or she has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. The Licensee further agrees that this is the entire Agreement between the Licensee and
TimOwens.Com - and - 30SecondTraining.Com and that there have been no other warranties, representations, covenants or understandings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
